General Guidelines

Standard & International Order placed M-F before 10 AM PST/ Express Orders placed M-F before 3pm PST - will begin processing that same day, excluding holidays, and typically shipped within 24 hours. 

**Standard & International orders placed at 9AM PST Jan 02, typically will ship by Jan 02-Jan 03.  
**Standard & International orders placed at 2PM PST Jan 02, typically will ship by Jan 03-Jan 04.
**Express orders placed by 2pm PST Jan 2, will be shipped by Jan 02 guaranteed.  
**Express orders placed by 10pm PST Jan 2, will be shipped by Jan 03 guaranteed.  
**Orders with customized items will be shipped when customization is done

 

craftsnfavors.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is temporarily sold out, if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, or if there's any issue with your order.   Please to be We do NOT offer Saturday delivery.  **DELIVERY/TRANSIT TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS (Saturday & Sunday) OR HOLIDAYS**

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.   Any customized items (including pew bows) in your order will delay shipment.  Production time for customized item is selected by you when order is placed.

US Shipments

Here at craftsnfavors.com, we pride ourselves on being a fast & efficient shipper.   Most domestic orders are shipped within 1 business days.  The exception would be customized or personalized items which take additional time to process, customization time will be determined by you when you place your order and select production method.  Orders are stocked and shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California, USA.

International Shipments

craftsnfavors does ship orders globally.  For international Airmail shipments, from our experience typical transit time is 10 - 21 days for USPS Airmail shipments, actual may vary depending on customs.  We also do offer UPS international shipping, UPS is trackable and considerably faster in shipping time, typically 5 - 10 business days for most countries. 

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier.  Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.  As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate.  Please check with your country's customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from USA.  

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from craftsnfavors.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to craftsnfavors.com.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
