Product specific questions, you can review item details including measurements, quantities, etc. on each item page respectively under product description. For order changes:

If it's only been a few hours since order was placed, and you've realized you've made an error in your order, there's a good chance that we can still make that change for you. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping. If it's been more than a few hours since order was placed, very good chance that it has already been processed or shipped. Then unfortunately no changes will be able to be made, for order change requests, please write us at orderchanges@craftsnfavors.com, we'll do our very best to make that change for you if possible. Please remember to include your order# on all correspondence.
