Exchange policy: Changed your mind about an size/color/item? Welcome to return it back to us for an exchange for another size/color/item if still in original/sealed condition. Here's what you do:

 

1.  Place a new order for the items you want.
2.  Return the items you want to exchange for a full refund of merchandise returned minus shipping cost of original shipment to you.
3.  Include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return.

 

We will take exchanges up to 30 days from date of delivery. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: PERSONALIZED ITEMS, INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED PEW BOWS. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Refund policy: All returns for refunds will be provided a full refund of returned merchandise minus actual shipping of original shipment to you. ***Note: Super Saver Shipping is NOT the actual shipping cost, actual shipping cost is always higher.  It will be capped off at maximum 20% of the goods.

**Returnable items must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
**Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in unused condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way.

 

No refunds will be offered for orders past 30 days. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds.

Please review contents of order immediately after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 3 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you.

 

Personalized item policy: On all personalized items: ribbons, napkins, pew bows, matchbooks, etc. It will delay your order for 7-10 days before shipping unless you choose expedited processing. Personalized items must be personalized before they ship, and will delay shipping of your entire order. Once personalized item order is placed, it cannot be changed or altered in any way. Customized/personalized items including pew bows are not accepted for returns.
